Movement and meditation are both important aspects to cultivate our internal energy and tap into our powerful internal capacity to heal and stay well.

AcuMove is Julie's signature class, a mindful fusion of qigong (gentle mindful movement with breathwork), gentle yoga, stimulating acupressure points via self massage and tapping, and ending with a yoga nidra meditation. The class is designed to promote relaxation, release tension and improve energy for overall well-being. No experience required. QiDance is a dynamic class designed to move and circulate qi utilizing fun gentle movement to music. See below for further details on the current month’s offerings and to register for a class. $10/class

30 minute class featuring qigong (gentle mindful movement with breathwork), stimulating acupressure points for vitality, relaxation and rejuvenation, and ending with a yoga nidra meditation. This class promotes gentle mindful movement for physical, emotional and mental well-being.

Mini-Meditation: Virtual

FREE - 15 minute guided meditation space designed to easily fit into your day. Various meditation and mindfulness techniques are used (i.e. guided visualization and awareness, various types of breathwork, chants, loving-kindness, relaxation response, laughter). Registration required.
